Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and eLearning content
• Facilitate live training sessions and provide mentorship to Training Coordinators
• Assess training outcomes and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in training facilitation; instructional design experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing role
• Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and foster collaboration
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for developing online training modules
• Ability to maintain a private work environment with high-speed internet for remote work
