Clinical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure enhancements and maintain the clinical JIVA platform, including application upgrades and testing
• Manage vendor relationships and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and vendor partners
• Monitor and triage requests from the JIVA Configuration inbox, providing functional solutions and documenting processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical application development and support in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience with healthcare coding terminology/data (ICD-10, HCPCs, Revenue codes)
• Basic skills in SQL or another coding language for data analysis
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project
