Clinical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Systems Analyst responsible for configuring enhancements and maintenance in the clinical JIVA platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure sentinel rules, enhancements, and code changes, ensuring thorough testing and documentation
• Manage relationships between the business and vendor partners, scheduling meetings and developing strategies to address business impacts
• Monitor and triage requests from the Jiva Configuration inbox, troubleshooting issues and coordinating defect fixes with the vendor

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting clinical application development in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience with healthcare coding terminology/data (ICD-10, HCPCs, Revenue codes)
• Basic skills in SQL or another coding language for data analysis
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
