Clinical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a network of specialty practices, the full-time Clinical Systems Analyst will assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of EHR and clinical applications, participate in system configuration, and collaborate with end-users to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot EHR and clinical applications, specifically Athena Health
• Participate in the configuration and customization of clinical applications to meet practice needs
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support as required

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator or analyst using Athena Health applications in a provider practice environment
• Comfortable communicating with physicians, practice operations, and external vendors
• Experience using ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira, or equivalent ticketing systems (preferred)
• Experience working with specialty practices is a plus
