Clinical Systems Analyst I

Job Summary

Supporting pharmacy informatics and electronic health record operations, the full-time Clinical Systems Analyst I will enhance EHR applications and pharmacy workflows remotely while collaborating with various teams and providing end-user training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance EHR applications that support medication dispensing and pharmacy operations
• Analyze workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide end-user support and education, ensuring efficient and compliant pharmacy technology operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of applicable experience, or equivalent experience in healthcare IT
• Experience supported by a license in a medically related field, such as Nursing or Pharmacy
• Technical certification for certain departments
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory agency processes and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of clinical theory and practice
