Job Summary
Driving innovation in clinical trial data systems, the contract Clinical Systems Designer will design and deliver clinical systems (EDC, IRT, ePRO), ensuring compliance with global data standards and study protocols, with flexible location options including full remote for candidates with strong Medidata Rave expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver clinical systems and system integrations while ensuring compliance with global data standards
- Establish methodologies to optimize functionality and end-user experience, tracking progress using project management tools
- Coach and mentor design team members, leading cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent field
- 7+ years of hands-on technical study build experience in Electronic Data Capture (EDC), with expertise in Medidata RAVE
- In-depth knowledge of CDASH standards and clinical trial processes
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor staff in a matrixed environment
