Clinical Systems Designer

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Data Strategy Organization, the contract Systems Designer/Analyst will actively participate in developing common data standards, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements, and delivering clinical systems on time while working flexibly from Branchburg, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure systems designs comply with common data standards and associated protocol requirements
• Utilize project management tools to track study progress and anticipate potential issues affecting timelines or quality
• Coach and mentor team members while leading innovation and process improvement initiatives within the Clinical Data Organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• 6-7+ years of hands-on technical study build experience in EDC, specifically with Medidata RAVE
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, CDASH, and SDTM
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and coach/mentor in a matrixed environment
• Experience designing EDC studies from scratch, including form layouts and query workflows
