Clinical Systems Project Manager

Job Summary

Assisting with the implementation of Monday.com, the temporary Clinical Systems Associate Project Manager will work remotely to design, document, and standardize processes while collaborating with project teams and Clinical Leadership to define and translate business objectives into actionable goals over a duration of approximately 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Monday.com by designing processes, developing best practices, and providing end-user training
• Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables
• Provide status reports to Clinical leadership and ensure adherence to quality management systems and compliance regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in developing work management platforms, particularly Monday.com
• Proficiency in designing and implementing customized workflows and automations within Monday.com
• Experience in gathering user requirements and providing strategic solutions to stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
