Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead, 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive clinician candidates while ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values
- Lead and mentor the Clinical Talent Sourcer and train the recruiting team on sourcing strategies and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sourcing strategies and monitor pipeline health and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on proactive/passive sourcing
- Experience sourcing for licensed clinicians or other hard-to-fill healthcare roles
- Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-state, or fully remote environment
