- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics-driven environment
- 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience; 1+ years of RN recruitment experience
- Prior experience in sourcing passive candidates is required
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, with knowledge of Workday being a strong plus
