Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for multiple positions and hiring initiatives
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics-driven environment
  • 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience; 1+ years of RN recruitment experience
  • Prior experience in sourcing passive candidates is required
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, with knowledge of Workday being a strong plus
