Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will provide expert guidance on clinical hiring strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment for complex clinical roles, and ensure efficient and compliant recruiting operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on clinical hiring strategy, workforce planning, and external agency processes
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-demand clinical roles while building sustainable talent pipelines
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable recruiting operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for licensed clinical talent
- Experience sourcing niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on hiring and workforce strategy
- Strong use of recruiting metrics and insights to drive decisions
