Job Summary
Supporting full-cycle hiring for provider roles, the full-time Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruiting process for clinical positions, primarily focusing on RN hiring, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for clinical roles, including defining role requirements and screening candidates
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines and source passive candidates through various channels
- Design and document the clinical hiring process, establishing metrics and tracking applicant progress
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on clinical or healthcare provider roles, especially RN hiring
- Demonstrated experience placing MDs, NPs, PAs, or other licensed providers
- Working knowledge of clinical credentialing and multi-state licensure requirements
- Proficiency with at least one ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent)
- Experience hiring across multiple geographic markets or regional hubs
