Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the contract Sr Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and corporate positions, develop talent pipelines, and partner with leadership to influence hiring decisions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance for various clinical and corporate roles
• Develop and maintain proactive pipelines of behavioral health professionals and build relationships with passive candidates
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on recruiting strategy and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare and behavioral health strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, such as LCSWs, LPCs, and Psychologists
• Strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements and multi-state healthcare recruiting
• Demonstrated success in startup or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates in competitive markets
