Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time temporary Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for licensed therapists, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with company values
• Communicate the company's mission, culture, and employee value proposition to prospective candidates
• Continuously improve hiring outcomes by sourcing creatively and refining recruitment processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year focused on independently licensed mental health therapists
• Experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills
• Ability to analyze data to inform recruitment strategies
