Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, licensing, and credentialing requirements
  • Experience in high-volume healthcare recruiting is required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required
