Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, licensing, and credentialing requirements
- Experience in high-volume healthcare recruiting is required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required
