Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals, the full-time Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining compliance with medical credentialing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, including conducting intake meetings and coordinating interviews
• Proactively source candidates and build qualified talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Deliver timely communication to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruiting process and positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare or clinical sector
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill clinical, laboratory, and diagnostic healthcare positions
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical licensing, credentialing, and certification requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required
