Job Summary
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals, the full-time Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining compliance with medical credentialing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, including conducting intake meetings and coordinating interviews
- Proactively source candidates and build qualified talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Deliver timely communication to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruiting process and positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare or clinical sector
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill clinical, laboratory, and diagnostic healthcare positions
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical licensing, credentialing, and certification requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required
