Clinical Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Sourcer responsible for identifying and engaging qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify high-quality SLP candidates through various channels
• Conduct calls with prospective candidates to evaluate fit and generate interest
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and sourcing progress in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruiting, preferably SLP sourcing
• Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and advanced search methodologies
• Experience in building and maintaining dashboard analytics for pipeline health
• Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems
• Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM systems
