Job Summary
Facilitating the clinical review process, the full-time Clinical Team Coordinator will coordinate with provider offices to obtain medical records, oversee communication with clients, and ensure adherence to client protocols and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates the clinical review process, including preparation, assignment, and completion of reviews
- Secures and organizes medical records from providers for review
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers to assist in the clinical review process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Workers' Compensation or a medical office is highly preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Remote employees must ensure the protection of proprietary company and customer information
