Clinical Team Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Team Manager with Spanish language and LATAM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site-level operational study management
• Identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues to project management as needed
• Ensure project team members are trained on relevant procedures and develop project documents

Required Qualifications

• Extensive clinical research lead experience in multiple studies
• Experience managing clinical studies across multiple regions or complex study settings
• Experience with phase 2/3 trials, particularly in oncology or rare diseases
• Spanish language skills and experience in LATAM
• A minimum of a science-based bachelor's degree
