Clinical Team Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Team Manager with Spanish language skills and LATAM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee country-level feasibility, investigator selection, and contracting processes with investigational sites
• Manage project allocated direct reports and facilitate internal project team meetings
• Develop and review project documents, support KPI execution, and ensure compliance with study protocols

Required Qualifications

• Extensive clinical research lead experience in multiple studies
• Experience managing clinical studies across multiple regions
• Experience with phase 2/3 trials, particularly in oncology or rare disease
• Minimum of a science-based bachelor's degree
• Fluent in Spanish with experience in LATAM
