Clinical Team Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Team Manager with Spanish language skills and LATAM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee country-level feasibility, investigator selection, and the contracting process with investigational sites
• Manage project teams, organize internal meetings, and ensure documentation is accurate and distributed
• Support project management in executing KPIs, maintaining clinical trial master files, and addressing site issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive clinical research lead experience across multiple studies
• Experience managing clinical studies in multiple regions or complex study environments
• Experience with phase 2/3 trials, particularly in oncology or rare diseases
• Spanish language skills and experience in LATAM
• A minimum of a science-based bachelor's degree
