Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Clinical Technical Support Specialist will assist clients via email, triaging support tickets and promoting customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through the help desk platform efficiently and accurately
  • Triage support tickets and escalate issues to appropriate teams with necessary details
  • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively address customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in a clinical position within a healthcare environment (e.g., physical therapist, therapist assistant, rehab technician)
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities in software
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of learning quickly and autonomously
  • Exceptional written communication skills
