Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Clinical Technical Support Specialist will assist clients via email, triaging support tickets and promoting customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through the help desk platform efficiently and accurately
- Triage support tickets and escalate issues to appropriate teams with necessary details
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively address customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in a clinical position within a healthcare environment (e.g., physical therapist, therapist assistant, rehab technician)
- Highly analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities in software
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of learning quickly and autonomously
- Exceptional written communication skills
