Clinical Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of interoperability capabilities, the full-time Clinical Technology Product Manager will manage product strategy execution, focusing on secure clinical data exchange between payers and providers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the team backlog, translating priorities into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Track delivery progress, adoption, and system performance metrics to refine priorities and drive utilization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and integration efforts, communicating requirements and progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile delivery environments
• 5+ years of experience delivering API-based, integration-driven, or data platform products
• 5+ years demonstrating ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, structured user stories
• 5+ years of experience partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features and capabilities
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR-based data exchange
