Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Technology Specialist to provide end-user support and optimize clinical technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clinical IT system for all teammates, stakeholders, and departments
Implement, configure, test, and enhance clinic applications and support
Ensure standardized ticket queue management and triaging

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recent eClinicalWorks or other EHR experience
3+ years' experience in a healthcare-related field
Previous analyst experience is a plus
Experience in training other clinical technology software is a plus
