Clinical Technology Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Technology Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical IT system training and support for newly onboarding clinics and new hires
• Complete training, implementation, and support of clinical applications including eClinicalWorks and Salesforce
• Monitor and assess the progress of clinical teammates, identifying improvement opportunities in training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of training experience in a healthcare-related field
• 2+ years of experience working with EHR systems and clinical technologies, preferably eClinicalWorks
• Good working knowledge of healthcare, particularly physician practice and clinic workflows
• Working knowledge of privacy and security standards, such as HIPAA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
