Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate highly engaging and interactive learning sessions
• Develop and maintain effective facilitator guides to support consistency across the learning team
• Collaborate with the Learning and Organizational Development team to ensure learning solutions meet organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, industrial psychology, education, or adult learning, or four years of relevant experience
• Three years of facilitation or training experience in a healthcare setting; clinical licensure preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
