Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Training and Process Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for new and existing clinical staff
- Assess and analyze clinical processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience in leading process change
- Familiarity with addiction treatment programs is preferred
- Experience with various computer applications; tech-savvy required
- Polished and professional presentation and communication skills
