Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Training and Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs for new and existing clinical staff
  • Assess and analyze clinical processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in leading process change
  • Familiarity with addiction treatment programs is preferred
  • Experience with various computer applications; tech-savvy required
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication skills
