Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Training & Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the training governance framework and categorize requests based on business ROI and team capacity
- Optimize the use of technology to automate workflows and enhance the onboarding process
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team while ensuring quality assurance through regular performance evaluations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 4+ years in clinical training and/or onboarding with 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience in capacity planning and managing logistics in high-volume environments
- Advanced experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Base platforms
- Ability to analyze complex data sets for operational improvements and reporting
