Clinical Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Training & Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the training governance framework and categorize requests based on business ROI and team capacity
• Optimize the use of technology to automate workflows and enhance the onboarding process
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team while ensuring quality assurance through regular performance evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 4+ years in clinical training and/or onboarding with 2+ years of people management experience
• Proven experience in capacity planning and managing logistics in high-volume environments
• Advanced experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Base platforms
• Ability to analyze complex data sets for operational improvements and reporting
