Clinical Training Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Partner to support the development and delivery of clinical and technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training resources and update content based on changes in policies and procedures
• Facilitate training sessions and coordinate logistics for training delivery
• Track learner progress and conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Direct Collaborative Care experience within the last 2 years
• Experience in developing and leading behavioral health trainings
• Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems
