Clinical Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates and assesses training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff in both remote and in-person settings
• Designs and develops instructional materials and employs various training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness
• Mentors new Learning and Development Specialists and leads projects supporting enterprise initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred certifications for clinical trainer roles include LCSW, RN, LPN, or LMHC
• Experience in instructional design and training program development
• Ability to manage group dynamics and create a learner-focused environment
