Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist Registered Nurse.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide training to Nurse Evaluators, Regional Nurse Managers, and QA staff to ensure that quality actions are incorporated into their daily practice
• Develop and teach training modules for IA educational activities and New Hire Orientation
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding the UAS assessment process on all clinical issues related to the IA project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
• RN Licensure in the state of New York
• Minimum of 2+ years RN experience in home care, medical, surgical, geriatric, LTC and/or ambulatory care
• Prior experience using the UAS-NY Community assessment tool
• Formalized training or preceptor experience in a professional work environment
