Clinical Transformation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Success Lead to manage clinical transformation programs across multiple local practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams to support clinical transformation programs
• Manage day-to-day operations and report on key performance indicators of clinical transformation initiatives
• Lead practice engagement meetings and develop tools and best practices for the Clinical Transformation team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with physicians; experience with radiologists preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Experience working with senior leadership preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands
• Strong organizational and task management skills
