Clinical Triage Nurse, RN

Job Summary

Working full-time from Wednesday to Sunday, the Clinical Triage Nurse, RN will assess patient symptoms, provide medical advice, and coordinate care while managing inbound sick calls and reviewing clinical test results remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritizes and responds promptly to inbound calls and messages from patients
• Conducts thorough assessments of patients' symptoms and medical history over the phone
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure patient needs are met and follow-ups are completed

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program as a Registered Nurse
• Current valid RN license with the ability to obtain and maintain licensure in all service states within 6 months of hire
• Satisfactory completion of required nursing continuing education requirements
• Strong comprehension of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
