Job Summary
To support groundbreaking clinical research, the full-time Clinical Trial Account Receivable Specialist will manage invoicing for complex clinical trial activities, follow up on outstanding invoices, and reconcile payments, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Invoice external sponsors for complex clinical trial activities based on Clinical Trial Agreement analysis
- Follow up with external sponsors on outstanding invoices to ensure timely receipt of study payments
- Prepare quarterly Clinical Trial Accounts Receivable summaries for Research Financial Services
Required qualifications
- Master's degree (MA) required
- Three years of related experience in clinical research administration or finance
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Experience with invoicing and financial reconciliation
- Familiarity with clinical trial agreements and budgeting processes
