Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with study start-up documents such as CDAs and CTAs
• Compile regulatory documents and support IRB/EC submissions
• Document enrollment and study progress in CTMS, file essential documents, and maintain TMF

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in clinical operations or clinical trial support for new drug products
• Prior exposure to eTMF and CTMS systems
• Familiarity with sponsor-initiated trials in CRO, biotech, or sponsor companies
• Proficiency in ICH GCP regulations
• Holds a bachelor's degree in biology, Public Health, or a related field
