Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate (Associate, Rater Services) responsible for supporting the timely delivery of the Rater Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs throughout the study lifecycle
• Coordinate and support activities of Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience related to clinical trials
• Professional level of fluency in Japanese
• Project Management or service-related industry experience preferred
• Strong level of computer literacy, preferably with clinical software
