Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the Clinical Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage study documentation and facilitate outreach to potential clinical trial sites
• Coordinate meetings and assist with the tracking of trial progress and compliance checks
• Support the creation of presentations and oversee the procurement and distribution of study materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life sciences, healthcare, etc.)
• Research or health care-related academic or work experience preferred
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and relevant SOPs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
