Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to support clinical trial management and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Trial Manager(s) in the execution of clinical trials and drive operational efficiency
• Coordinate meetings, compile materials, and maintain accurate meeting minutes for stakeholders
• Manage the Trial Master File and internal study files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required; preference for science or healthcare-related fields
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities
• Experience maintaining study trackers and knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
• Minimal travel required (10% both international/domestic)
