Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting multiple tasks and functional areas, the full-time remote Clinical Trial Associate will manage the timely delivery of the Cogstate Rater Training Program while serving as a liaison between various groups involved in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate record keeping and real-time updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs throughout the study lifecycle, driving timely delivery of project tasks
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their work output while coordinating communications and scheduling for consultant interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years related to clinical trials
• Experience in CRA/CRO roles is a plus, with project management or service-related industry experience preferred
• Strong computer literacy, preferably with clinical software, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently while managing competing priorities
• Fluency in an additional language besides English is a plus
