Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting clinical study activities, the full-time Clinical Trial Associate will assist with organizing tracking systems, coordinating study management tools, and managing study files in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining tracking systems and tools for clinical studies from start-up to closeout
• Coordinate the development of study management tools, training materials, and meeting agendas
• Perform routine quality checks on trial documents and support timely archiving in the TMF

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or a degree in a healthcare field
• Entry-level experience in clinical operations, typically 1+ years in a sponsor company or 2 years in a CRO environment
• Basic knowledge of drug development and clinical operations processes
• Foundational experience with eTMF systems and essential documents for filing study documents
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools
