Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting multiple tasks within the Rater Training Program, the full-time remote Clinical Trial Associate will manage study reporting, maintain relationships with study sites, and ensure quality management for clinical trial programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards, including accurate record-keeping and real-time updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for sites and raters throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their work output while coordinating communications and scheduling with consultants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of work experience related to clinical trials; CRA/CRO experience is a plus
• Experience in project management or service-related industries preferred
• Strong level of computer literacy, preferably with clinical software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
