Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Clinical Trial Associate will assist with study start-up tasks, coordinate logistics for meetings and training, and manage tracking tools and databases in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Team Trial Execution team with specific study start-up tasks
• Coordinate logistics and planning for meetings, events, and training
• Create and maintain tracking tools and databases for operational data, including KPIs and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 0-2 years of practical experience in clinical trial administration preferred
• Ability to adapt and work on multiple tasks within clinical research
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with sponsors, study teams, and vendors
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
