Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting multiple tasks and functional areas, the full-time remote Clinical Trial Associate will ensure the timely delivery of the Cogstate Rater Training Program while managing relationships with study sites, raters, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards, including accurate record keeping and real-time updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out, driving timely project task completion
• Mentor junior study team members, oversee their work output, and coordinate communications and scheduling for consultant activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of work experience related to clinical trials
• Experience in CRA/CRO roles is a plus
• Project management or service-related industry experience preferred
• Strong computer literacy, preferably with clinical software experience
