Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the design and management of clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Trial Associate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring studies remotely while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations
• Coordinate study activities including site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and support study close-out activities, including data analysis and report preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
