Clinical Trial Associate I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate I (TMF).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in eTMF filing and administration, including document submission, review, and final collection
• Support the study team with TMF functionality in accordance with study-specific plans and processes
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and training, and assist in disseminating related materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 0 to 2 years of practical experience in clinical trial administration preferred
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and/or ISO14155 requirements and country-specific regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
