Clinical Trial Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Contract/Budget Analyst (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and execution of clinical trial agreements and vendor agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
• Review and update site and vendor budgets for alignment with scope of work and protocol amendments
• Coordinate internal reviews of contracts and budgets, and serve as a point of contact for budget and contract-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, finance, or business discipline with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated experience with protocol amendment-related budget updates and invoice review
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and tracking
• Familiarity with contract management systems and TMF requirements preferred
• Experience with global clinical trials and multi-country budgeting preferred
