Job Summary

Overseeing clinical trial budgeting and contract management, the remote Clinical Trial Contract Manager will ensure site budgets align with fair market value and regulatory expectations while driving accurate budget development and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees clinical trial budgeting and contract management to ensure compliance with fair market value and regulatory standards
• Reviews contract language, negotiates agreements, and prepares responses as needed
• Analyzes protocol flowcharts to develop costing strategies and establish negotiation parameters within fair market value

Required qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial budgeting, contract negotiation, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency with contract management systems and budgeting tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, business, or related discipline
• Knowledge of industry standards and trends in clinical trial finance
