Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the remote Clinical Trial Contract Manager will oversee clinical trial budgeting and contract management, ensuring site budgets meet fair market value and regulatory standards while driving budget development and payment administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees clinical trial budgeting and contract management to ensure compliance with fair market value and regulatory expectations
• Reviews contract language, negotiates, and modifies agreements as necessary
• Analyzes protocol flowcharts to develop costing strategies and budget estimates, establishing negotiation parameters

Required qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial budgeting, contract negotiation, or related fields preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, business, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of industry standards and trends in clinical trial finance
• Proficiency with contract management systems and budgeting tools
