Clinical Trial Management Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional on-site requirements, the full-time Clinical Trial Management Specialist will build and configure study calendars in OnCore based on clinical trial documents, conduct kick-off meetings, and provide technical support to research teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and configure study calendars in OnCore according to clinical trial protocols
- Conduct kick-off meetings with study teams and budget specialists regarding calendar design
- Provide technical support and assist with system testing and quality control during application upgrades
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in clinical research, health sciences, information technology, or a related field
- Full-time professional experience in a clinical research setting or with applications/information systems in a regulated environment
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related project or administrative experience
- Experience with web-based applications/information systems
- Knowledge of cancer research or experience in the oncology field is preferred
