Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager/Clinical Study Lead to oversee early-phase oncology clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams in the execution of clinical trials from start-up through close-out
• Manage site and vendor oversight, including CROs and laboratories, and monitor study budgets
• Oversee site performance, enrollment progress, and data quality while identifying and resolving operational issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline required
• 6-10 years of clinical operations experience, particularly in oncology and early-phase trials
• Proven experience managing CROs, vendors, and global study teams
• Comprehensive understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and global regulatory requirements
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
